TPInfluencers (TPI) is an influencer marketing agency based in Lucknow, India. We connect brands and creators. We never share your private contact details between the two sides — all contact goes through our team.

What we collect from creators
Name, phone, WhatsApp, email, address, date of birth, gender, city and state, profile photo, social handles, follower counts, categories, audience age and gender, past brand work, payout details (for paying you), and any notes you send us. If you connect Instagram, we store a token so we can read your professional account’s follower and content stats. If you link YouTube, we read public channel and video stats through Google’s API.

What we collect from brands
Company name, website, industry, logo, contact name and role, email, phone, city, billing details (GSTIN and address when needed), campaign briefs, budgets, creatives you upload, and messages on tickets. Team members you invite are also stored so they can sign in.

Instagram and YouTube data
From Instagram (Instagram Login only): username, account type, follower count, media count, and insights we need to show Verified stats. From YouTube: channel subscriber count and public video view, like and comment counts for posts you add. We do not post, comment or message on your behalf. We do not sell this data.

Why we use it
To run your account, match brands and creators, verify reach, manage campaigns and payments, support tickets, improve the product, and meet legal duties. Verified follower and content numbers help brands trust the roster without seeing your private contact details.

Who can see what
The TPI team can see full records to operate the platform. Brands see public creator profiles (name, photo, handles, categories, cities, Verified or Unverified stats) — never phone, WhatsApp, email, address, date of birth, payouts or internal notes. Creators see brand company details needed for a campaign — never brand phone, email, billing or team lists. Contact between brands and creators always goes through TPI.

How long we keep it
We keep account and campaign records while you use TPInfluencers and for a reasonable period after (for payouts, disputes and legal records). Instagram tokens are removed when you disconnect Instagram. You can ask us to delete your account — see our data deletion page.

Your choices
You can update your profile in the portal, disconnect Instagram from your creator socials, or request deletion. For privacy questions or deletion, email info@tpinfluencers.com or use the form on the data deletion page.
