Trust and safety

How we keep every deal fair.

TPI sits between every brand and every creator. That is the whole point — it keeps quoting, briefs, deadlines and payments honest. These rules apply to everyone using tpinfluencers.com.

No direct contactAll payments via TPI
01

No direct contact

Brands must not contact a creator outside TPI for paid work, and creators must not accept a direct deal from a brand they met here. That includes WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, email, calls and in-person arrangements. Contact details are never shared between the two sides; only the TPI team can see them.

02

Every brief goes through TPI

Briefs, negotiations, deliverables, revisions and approvals all run through TPI or a TPI ticket. If a creator or brand asks to move the conversation off-platform, tell your TPI contact instead.

03

Every payment goes through TPI

Payouts and invoices are processed and recorded by TPI. Never pay or get paid directly. Off-platform payments are not covered by TPI, cannot be verified, and may end the collaboration.

04

What each side can see

Brands see a creator's name, photo, handles, follower and view counts, categories, cities, audience data, portfolio and campaign pitch — never their phone, WhatsApp, email, address, date of birth, payout or internal notes. Creators see a brand's name, logo, website, category, the campaign brief, creatives and their own payout — never the brand's contact person, team, total budget or internal notes.

05

Disclosure and honesty

Every paid asset carries the paid partnership label plus #ad or #collab. Follower and view counts must be real; bought engagement ends the collaboration and the account.

06

What happens if you break these rules

TPI reviews every report by hand. A first breach usually means a written warning and a paused collaboration. Repeat or deliberate breaches — especially off-platform paid work — mean removal from the platform, unpaid work being cancelled and, for brands, the account being blocked.

Not sure whether something counts as direct contact? Ask the TPI team on WhatsApp before you reply. That question is always allowed.
